Effective January 2020, all products are offered as digital downloads, rather than CDs as previously sold from 2010-2019. We offer these products and service to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Designer Bible Drill, with copyright authorship for this compilation by Designer Bible Drill.
Designer Bible Drill secures copyright permission from each Bible version publisher that is represented in our products. Each copyright statement for each Bible version (except KJV which is considered public domain) is provided with each product and on your purchase receipt.

Designer Bible Drill offers the product downloads to the Purchaser (or the End User that the Purchaser bought the product for), and Permission is granted to Purchaser/User to print files for personal use and within your church or educational program only. Under no circumstances should a Purchaser/End User forward their email/download product link to anyone outside their immediate family, church or educational program without written permission from Designer Bible Drill. All other uses, including commercial, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or information storage and retrieval systems are strictly prohibited without written permission from Designer Bible Drill.
Every effort has been made to provide accurate materials; however, due to the nature of the Bible Drill cycles in which some state conventions select alternate phrases to underline in the Children’s Cycle in various Bible versions, the Purchaser should check the verses against their state requirements, if applicable. Pages can then be updated by you adding or deleting the underline prior to use.
Designer Bible Drill is not responsible for the Purchaser’s, User’s, leader’s or student’s mistakes. If materials are used to prepare for a competition, such as Bible Drill, Purchasers are responsible for verifying the correct Bible version, age level, cycle and Bible accuracy of the material to be memorized.
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect damages, arising from your use of the site. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
Designer Bible Drill has the authority to block content or terminate a user for any violation of the rules and guidelines regarding the use of this website. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the site for violations of these terms, take appropriate legal action, and manage the site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate proper functioning of the site.
Service Availability
Product availability and Downloads can be canceled or unavailable at any time without notifying users and Designer Bible Drill does not guarantee that the Downloads will be accessible indefinitely, and at all times. During website maintenance, payment processor delays, or any planned or unforeseen events, Designer Bible Drill has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to use the site. We will try to minimize any interruption within our control, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the site, without notice at any time.
