Designer Bible Drill is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. We are an online business that offers custom-made educational Bible resources. Effective January 2020, all products are offered as digital downloads, rather than CDs as previously sold from 2010-2019.

Privacy Notice

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.DesignerBibleDrill.com and applies solely to information collected by this website. It will explain what information we collect, how we use it, what rights you have in relation to it, security procedures to protect it, and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us by placing an order on the website, via email, or another form of direct contact from you. We will not share, sell, rent or trade this information to anyone. We collect your name, billing address, phone number, and email address. This is the only information Designer Bible Drill will maintain in our secure files as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, unless you have also provided your church name and address, phone, title, and church tax exempt information in previous sales transactions.

We collect Payment Data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your credit card number, expiration date and security code. All payment data is stored by Stripe. You may read their privacy policy here:  https://stripe.com/privacy.  Designer Bible Drill does not have access to credit card numbers, nor keep any payment processing data. We only have access to purchase history (quantities, products, amounts) and the type of payment used (Visa, MC, Discover). Purchases on our website will automatically generate emails from Stripe such as purchase receipts, download links, and request for product review.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to notify you of any updates, tell you about specials or new products, or request reviews/feedback. We do not send emails on a regular basis.

We may post testimonials in marketing materials or on our website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name, location, and testimonial. If we have attempted to contact you but received no response for 7 days, we may use the content of your testimonial, without identifying personal data, as stated in our Terms of Use Agreement.  If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact Designer4Him@DesignerBibleDrill.com.

We may use your information for other business purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our website, products, and business; however, no information will identify an individual without your consent.

We may share your data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include:  payment processing (Stripe), data analysis (WordPress/Easy Digital Downloads), email delivery and hosting services (InMotion Hosting), customer service and marketing efforts. We allow selected third parties, such as Google Analytics, to use tracking technology, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with our website/products over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Your Access To and Control of Personal Data

We do not send regular emails. At this time, we are not using any third-party email services that provide an opt-out feature. To express any concern you have about our use of your data, change/correct any data we have about you, or delete you from all future contacts from Designer Bible Drill, please email Designer4Him@DesignerBibleDrill.com.
