Return/Refund Policy
RETURNS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are excited about all the possibilities it offers to aid Scripture memory and Bible skills! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your electronic download or pillowcase purchase, please contact us via email at Designer4Him@DesignerBibleDrill.com and specify your concerns. Please allow us to respond or correct a problem prior to posting a negative review or comment. We are a very small business and take each customer’s concerns seriously and personally.
Based on your reasons for return or requesting a refund of an electronic download that technically cannot be returned to us, we will act in good faith to remedy the problem and/or refund your payment based on our return policy below. The following will also apply to pillowcases.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item and request a refund, email Designer4Him@DesignerBibleDrill.com within 2 weeks of your purchase and provide your contact information and specific reasons for return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return pillowcases, and they must be in like-new condition.
REFUNDS
Please allow at least 2 weeks to process your return. We will refund your payment once we have received your pillowcase order. We encourage you to keep your tracking info until we confirm receipt.
EXCEPTIONS
All materials are proofed diligently; however, if you discover a defective product or download with an issue that prohibits advertised use of the product, please email Designer4Him@DesignerBibleDrill.com anytime following your purchase. Designer Bible Drill will determine if a refund or exchange is applicable, beyond the 2 week return policy.
